VINTAGE DUNHILL ROLLAGAS LIGHTERS (1953 to 2004)
THIS LISTING IS FOR:
* PREMIUM SERVICE = FULL DISASSEMBLY, ULTRASONIC CLEANING, POLISHING, NEW SEALS, AND LEAK TESTING. APPROXIMATELY 3-4 HOURS LABOR.
NOTE
:
* You are buying service and repair work for your lighter.
* After payment, you will ship your lighter to me.
* I will service and repair your lighter, perform testing, and then ship it back to you ready to use.
* As shown in my Photos (see above), the before and after servicing condition can be dramatic. You will be pleased!
* My service work will be completed within 14 days after receiving your lighter.
This allows me time to perform the service work, perform testing, and verifying your lighter does not leak gas over several days. Once completely satisfied, then I will ship the lighter back to you.

PREMIUM FULL SERVICE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING
:
* Lighter is completely disassembled.
* Every component is carefully cleaned and polished.
* All seals are replaced on filler valve, gas control valve, and needle valve. New filter is installed in gas control valve.
* Needle valve is also disassembled and cleaned. The internal sealing tip on the needle is inspected. If needed, the sealing tip will be replaced. This prevents slow gas leaks when the lid is closed.
* Lighter is then completely reassemled, filled with gas, and gas control valves are adjusted for both coarse and fine adjustments. This allows you to have small to tall flame heights.
* Lighter is finally leak tested and flame consistency is verified to ensure all air is properly bleed from gas filling.

REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE ADDITIONAL COST:
* Seals and filter material are included in my service described above.
* However, if your lighter needs any other replacement parts, then I will contact you before I do the service.
* I will supply parts at my available cost if needed. You will have the option for new or used parts to complete the repair.
* Alternatively, you also can include your purchased parts when shipping your lighter to me.
* For example, the flint housing is often cracked or broken. This would be a replacement part that requires additional cost.

* You are responsible for all shipping costs when sending me your lighter for servicing.
* The return shipping is added when you make your purchase.

* I MUST SEE PICTURES OF YOUR LIGHTER AND KNOW WHAT PROBLEMS YOU ARE EXPERIENCING.
* AFTER WE AGREE TO LEVEL OF SERVICE, THEN YOU CAN SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT AND YOU WILL SHIP YOUR LIGHTER TO ME.
