We're pleased to offer our first reroot tool, suitable for rehairing any doll or My Little Pony! This small, lightweight tool fits easily in your hand and features a comfortable, freely rotating knob to help distribute force. If you prefer a pencil grip, the knob can also be removed with a sharp tug. Loading needles is easy - simply rotate the lower collar to tighten around the collet and and hold your needle firmly in place. Try to center your needle as much as possible for a secure grip that will prolong the life of your needle. If needed, you can use pliers to tighten the collar a little more. Keep the needle length short, no more than 1/2 inch to prevent bending or breaking.
Your reroot tool will come with one preloaded size #5 needle plus 2 extras.  If you would like another size, please leave a message with your order and we can replace them with the sizes listed below.  Suggested sizes are estimates only, your personal preference may vary:
Size #5 - my workhorse needle, I use this on My Little Ponies, the main scalp areas of Barbies, Monster High, Ever After High Dolls, OMG LOL girls and most other fashion dolls
Size #7 - the detail needle I use for the part line and circumference or clusters of other small sized holes on the dolls listed above, can also be used for smaller 1/6th scale dolls
Size #9 to #10 - for very fine detail work on delicate dolls to prevent tearing of the scalp
Combining Shipping
Place all items you'd like to purchase in your cart.  If you're on a PC or desktop, click the cart icon on the top right corner of the screen.  Next click the "request total from seller" option in the top right corner of my listings.  This will hold all listings for you and allow me to send you a combined invoice.
If you are using a mobile site/app, the "request total" option isn't available and you'll need to complete your purchase with the incorrect shipping amount, however you WILL be refunded the overcharge.  If you would like to know the exact combined shipping cost before placing your order, please contact me and I'll be happy to provide a quote or set up a custom combined listing reserved for you with the correct postage cost.
My shipping costs are actual: I don't like paying handling fees and won't make you either!  Please make sure to have an updated address with eBay and/or select the correct shipping address prior to paying for your item.  As an eBay seller, I'm required to ship to the address provided with your payment.  All of my shipping labels are printed directly from eBay so I have no way to change an address after your payment has been sent.
International Buyers
International buyers are welcome, so bid with confidence! Shipping is always combined to save you money, just make sure all items are place in your cart before checking out. I ship directly and DO NOT use eBay's third party "Global Shipping Program" which costs buyers much more in the end. I am experienced with international shipping and can save you up to half of Global Shipping charges for a similar item. Feel free to ask for international quotes and I will happily respond. As an original Canadian buyer, I know the challenges  of being "international" and strive to make your experience as easy and inexpensive as possible! Please note, although I do my best to keep shipping costs low, I am not responsible for any customs/duty/import fees you incur.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase.  If an error was made with your order by Shimmer Locks, we will cover all shipping and return charges that arise as a result.
